The Greeks and Etruscans played a major role in shaping the civilization. The etruscans took over Rome and were skilled metal workers. They changed rome from a village of huts to a city of wood and brick buildings.

Discipline was harsh and very male citizen who owned land had to work for the army. They were excellent soldiers and the deserters were punished by death. They didn't give up easily and they were also great problem solvers. The soldiers were armed with glades swords and a spear.
